We play ‘relaxed’ standard duplicate Bridge for 50 weeks of the year.
New members are welcome, but you do need to have an elementary understanding of the game including the Acol system of bidding. Bring your own partner or play with someone from our pool of ‘singles’.
Please note that, as play commences promptly at 1330, members should aim to arrive no later than 1320.
Most weeks we learn by the experience of playing, with only limited time for any review of hands.
The charge for the Autumn quarter (7 October - 16 December) will be £13. This covers 10 weeks play and the annual £3 fee for consumables.
nb. - there will be NO session on Wednesday 14 October as our room in the Town Hall is not available.
